The Reality Focus Limited is a community-based organisation operating in Frankfield and Victoria, Clarendon, Jamaica. The organisation is committed to empowering rural farmers and strengthening agricultural development through sustainable farming practices, market access, and Agro-Processing.
Our Mission
To improve the livelihoods of rural farmers by providing access to resources, training, and market opportunities that support sustainable farming and economic growth.
Our Experience
Reality Focus has gained practical experience through pilot agricultural initiatives, including a successful sweet corn project that demonstrated the ability to manage production and connect farmers to markets.
Supporting Farmers
The organisation is working to empower 31 rural farmers in Clarendon by providing improved agricultural resources, infrastructure, and training to increase productivity and income.
Greenhouse Nursery
A modern greenhouse seedling nursery with rainwater harvesting systems will provide farmers with reliable access to high-quality seedlings for crops such as Scotch Bonnet peppers and sweet corn.
Modern Farming Tools
Farmers will receive drip irrigation kits, pesticide sprayers, solar-powered water pumps, and other essential agricultural inputs to improve efficiency and climate resilience.
Partnerships & Impact
With support from the Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF) and technical guidance from partners such as RADA, the project will strengthen food security, increase farmer income, and promote a resilient agricultural sector in rural Jamaica.
