To improve the livelihoods of rural farmers by providing access to resources, training and market opportunities that support sustainable farming and economic growth.
Our Experience
Reality Focus has gained practical experience through pilot agricultural initiatives, including a successful sweet corn project that demonstrated the ability to manage production and connect farmers to markets.
Practical support for greater productivity and resilience
The organisation is working to empower 31 rural farmers in Clarendon through improved resources, infrastructure and training.

Greenhouse Nursery
A modern greenhouse seedling nursery with rainwater harvesting will improve access to high-quality seedlings such as Scotch Bonnet peppers and sweet corn.
Modern Farming Tools
Drip irrigation kits, pesticide sprayers, solar-powered water pumps and other inputs improve efficiency and climate resilience.
Working together for stronger food systems
Strategic partnerships provide the funding, technical guidance and resources needed to improve farmer productivity and market access.

Stephen Richards
PresidentProvides strategic leadership and guides the organisation's mission of empowering rural farming communities. Passionate about sustainable agriculture, community development and creating partnerships that improve livelihoods, the President works closely with stakeholders to expand opportunities for farmers across Jamaica.
Marvin Richards
Operations ManagerOversees the day-to-day operations of Reality Focus, ensuring programmes are delivered efficiently and effectively. The COO coordinates projects, partnerships and field activities while maintaining a strong focus on operational excellence and measurable community impact.
Jenieve Richards
Chief Financial OfficerLeads the organisation's financial planning, budgeting and accountability. The CFO manages financial resources, grant funding and reporting to ensure transparency, sustainability and responsible stewardship of every investment made in rural development.
Odaine Williams
Chief Technical OfficerDrives the organisation's digital innovation by developing technology solutions that improve programme management, communication and market access for farmers. The CTO oversees the implementation of digital systems that support efficiency, data-driven decision-making and long-term organisational growth.
